Verlinden and Plus Model do some kits. You could view them on:

I think Legend also have some clothing.

There are latex boots and a jacket in the new DML 250 halftrack kits.

Yes. CMK set #35012 "Modern US Equipment" includes 2 "flatened" flak vests.

As mentioned earlier Verlinden has some sets. I believe theres a set of German Clothing and a set for Americans

got the jacket in my 251/16 kit, great quality and detail. Dont know if you'd be willing to buy a (awsome) kit just for the jacket though :-)
