over the years I have amassed quite a few paint bottles so many than finding what i want got crazy! I must have about 8 bottle of silver. Now some might find this crazy but labled the tops of the jars and created a database of my colors. Now when I start a new kit i fire up the PC look over the directions and query for the colors I need. I spend more time buildingandless looking or rebuying paint!

Don't feel bad - I developed an entire VB app to manage kits, books, paints, and projects...... :-)

I have created a model, paint, accessories database on my handheld PC which comes in handy when I am at the hobby store thinking....do I have that!!! Saves tripling up on paint lol.

Placing that data base on a pocket pc is a great idea!
