:-) :-) :-) Nah, pretty quiet up this way Jeff.. The only thing making noise is the sound of the seams streatching on my uniform pants.. Dam cleaners shrink everything.. A number of years ago, I was rather athletic, Tai Chi, weight trained, martial arts boxing (fantastic cardio).. A second part time job, which turned into about 30 hours a week
Took care of most of that.. Then a job change took me to Barrie.. Its time to start working out again.. Though I'd start with a speed bag and rope, see where that takes me...Wish me luck...

When you set up the speed bag, try to have th belly of the bag (the fat part) at about the same height as your face, so that when you do your workout, you are hitting at the same height as you would in the ring. If you are too high, your technique will suffer, and too low and it sort of defeats the purpose.
