Have a copy of the Hunnicutt Sherman book for sale. This book was bought used and is in the same condition as when I purchased it. It has been exposed to cigarette smoke and does have an odor of smoke to it. Also, the dust jacket is damaged. The book itself is in good condition, although it does have about 15 pages that are wrinkled to varying degrees. The wrinkles appear to be the result of moisture exposure, though not from direct contact with the pages.
I have about $175.00 invested and will entertain offers of $200.00 or more if you are interested. Not meaning to sound offensive, but I will not sell the book for cost or at a loss. Sorry, but no trades.
