Hi all
It would appear that the animation studios were these great little guys came to life has been either burned down or very badley damaged in Bristol UK.
I do hope Wallace and his trusted side kick Gromitt were able to make good there escape in there motor cycle and side car.
A sade day for plastacine fans all over the world

The models and sets from the film are ok, they had not been placed in storage at the time of the fire.
Unfortunately anything aardman had made prior to the film was destroyed, old wallace and gromit, creature comforts etc.
A couple of items were on loan to museums etc but most of the companies work was destroyed.
Sad really
