Off course, this year, NORAD is tracking Santa while he travels across the world, insuring his safety.

This is precisely the reason that NORAD does this. In fact, this is their 50th anniversary of tracking Santa. Their only press release they give each year is for this.

I think he has an early warning system or something.
We sit out there every year with are rifles waiting for those deer to fly over and we never see anything. :-)
