I just picked up the AFV Club Wiesel mk.20 kit, started it and realized there's no tracks. So, I took a look at the parts list to see if for some strange reason there were no tracks... and low and behold i'm also missing my Sprue C with the road wheels, sprue F with the pariscopes and sprue E with the thing-a-ma-jig... I do have an extra B sprue though...

does anyone have any extra parts they can part with?

Thanks,
Mike.

Hey Mike,

I don't build modern, but I might have a tip for you.
If the box was factory sealed, you might consider to contact AFV-club, and tell them your findings.
A little while ago I had an equal problem with their Sd.kfz. 251 ausf D. It missed a sprue, and there was an other sprue double in the sealed bag.
All they asked me, is where I bought the kit, and if I was willing and able to send them a digi-pic of the complete contents of the box....
Nine days later a complete NEW kit arrived without any charge!

That is what I call good service!!

Just my two cents....

John.

Hey Mike,

I've contacted them on the following mail adress:

[email protected];

Be sure to provide as much info as possible, so they don't have to mail back and forth....

HTH, John.

Ps. Although their site is not in English, you can mail to them in English, you'll get a proper answer!!

In my experience AFV Club's customer service is very good.

I year or two back i bought their achilles kit, and the main hull sprue was very poorly molded. I contacted the UK distributor by letter explaining this and asking for contact details for AFV club, within a week a complete replacement sprue arrived in the post.

Do you know who the Canadian distributor is? It might be worth contacting them?

Does anyone have another email address I can try? My emails keep bouncing back...

Thanks,
Mike.
