Hello all who reads this, maybe some of you have an answer.

On the front page of Armorama, under New Photos, is a walkaround labeled "Notek Convoy Lights".
This interested me so I clicked on it.

It brought me to the Kitmaker gallery and told me I don't have permission to view the folder!

But I want to!!! How can I access this article/walkaround feature?

Anybody?

Sorry to say it looks as if those images have been deleted, I get "no images in this gallery".

On "not having access", were you "logged into the Gallery ? You must do this seperate from the "Main Site Login".

Yeah that's a bit weird, i clicked on the armor (I'm usually on aircraft)homepage and it told me to login or register, so i ignored that and clicked on the Notek thingy which took me to the Kit maker gallery where i was then told This category does not contain any images. Might be the server whatsit playing about

Sorry guys, There was some confusion awhile back that led to them being deleted. I've since relocated them and will fix the link. Meanwhile...

See, now I learned something! I never knew what those things were that they always wanted glued on the front fender. Whenever it showed that thing (I now know it's a "convoy light"), I always wondered "what the heck is that thing?".
And now I know.
How did these lights happen to work? Were they underlit (lit under the hood thingie) so planes overhead couldn't see the lights?
