Are you coming up from Chicago? From I94 take I90 to Chicago. Take the 12/18 exit (it will be a left turn). Take 12/18 to Gammon Rd, then turn right to the 1st light. There will be a gas station and a large jewelry store on the corner. Turn right on Odana rd and go to the next set of traffic lights. Turn right that should be Grand Canyon Dr. You are there. If you have any questions send me an email.

PS the actual location is the Radisson Inn.

This year we do not have a 1/48 scale category. I will be looking to see how many 1/72 and 1/48 scale models show up.

Stopped by for a bit and partook of the wonderful models you guys all did. I learned a little bit about my own modeling when I looked at almost every model there and realized I am an awesome engine and interior man and hopeless as a painter. I really need an airbrush rig. My finishes are HORRIBLE compared to what I saw at the show. I saw a 70 Challenger with a green paint job that still looked wet, it was soo smooth.
I didn't stop to try and find Recon or any other Armorama guys, and I apologize to you all. I was being kinda shy. However, I was there WITH a fellow Armorama member, Staypuft (Phil Grundberg).
Now, this was the first model show/contest that I have ever attended and I am wondering....
...was it typical of most shows? I have nothing to compare it to. Anybody?

Gotta go, had a good time,

Cuhail

Don't forget about the show on the 18th of March at the same location. Should be a very good show and a lot of quality models as well

To all that came to the show, thank you very much. I wish I could have met you guys. We are planning a bigger and better show next year.
To all of the vendors that came, thanks, hope to see you too next year.
Most shows do not have seminars or speakers. We already have volunteers for seminars next year and I will be working on speakers.
Thanks again to everyone that came and the Ronald McDonald Charities of Madison also thank you.
