To be honest, there are a couple problems with this. The swastika is very uneven in its thickness and and the ciricle it's in on rather rough.
Consider downloading the same flag from the internet and printing it at high resolution on your printer. Seal it with Microscale's Decal film/Decal saver. Then attach it with diluted white (Elmer's ) glue.
