Hi all
Perhaps this is the wrong forum but i would think that my posts have been mainly in figures, but more importantly on this wonderful site called ARMORAMA i did not even notice that i had reached that number untill my wife pointed it out.
To all my fellow modlers being part of this site and the people that i have met through this wonder of techology i thank you .
At times of modling frustration there has always been a helping hand and at times of personal crisis support that would put a Social Service Department to shame, from people with whom your only contact is perhaps a blurd photo in their gallery, or at the end of the button or a voice at the end of a phone.
I often see posts where people feel uncomfortabe with their interest / hobby, never feel uneasy about what you do if you enjoy it rise to the challenge of doing it better and better for YOU, enjoy the pleasure of bringing a peice of material to life, the secret is to do it for you and the pleasure it gives YOU and what ever adulation and praise you get is just a bonus.
I would like to thank Jim S and all the staff of this site to many to thank personaly your work 90% unseen.
Thank you for creating this site bringing to life this wonderful hobby through our PCs and bringing me back to the hobby i love from that interest that was born for me from that small 1st Military Modling Magazine that i bought in 1974 and read from cover to cover and which i still have.
I wish all the members Health ,Happyness.........and Oh Wealth we have to keep buying these little beautys.
My best wishes to all
Chris and Pam

Chris, I've been thinking about this site recently, especially after the silliness of last weekend. You're right, it is more than just a modeling site. It has evolved into a real community where people have shared far more than "how to's" but have bared their hearts, both broken and soaring, and so many of our Big A friends have given a shoulder to cry on or shared in the joy.
