Lap Man,
This is the first time I've ever been to a scale model exhibition. The venue is not bad. Models are placed in the centre of a square room with the sponsor's benches against the walls. There is also a demonstration on painting and weathering tanks.
I was there in the last 2 hours of the exhibition. Quite a good crowd including teenagers and kids. I even have to queue up to get a closer look of those tanks and dioramas. It is a shame that I forgot to go with my camera. All is not lost, thanks to someone called William Sum who have posted photographs of the exhibition in the following link.

I am sorry that I am hopeless in typing Chinese. I have seen quite a few of your projects in various campaigns. Only if mine is half as good as yours. Keep up the good work!

HI Donald
Welcoime to the Nam" !

I think I will have a go one day but wil give it a miss this time. The "campaign" is a wonderful idea for us to get something done.
Time is a major constraint to me. I only managed to squeeze in an hour or two a week which is hardly effective.
Well, good luck to your campaign and eagerly waiting to see the pics when finished.

You will be the first one to know when I am into a campaign one day. Probably will ask some advice as well.
Just wonder if you have used Mr. Surfacer. What is the difference between 500 and 1000? I keep thinking the higher the number, the smaller the particle size, hence smoother, but I'm not certain about this.

Donald,
You are right the 1000 is more finer and smoother than the 500 series of Mr. Surfacer.

I walked past Hing Kee's new shop in Tsuen Wan last week. Just to show my support to LHS I bought a can of Mr. White Base 1000. It is quite expensive though.
