I just want to share a very very pleasant experience with you all....
I contacted Matthew (Graugrun) from King Tiger modelling last week enquiring about MIG Pigments. Matthew contacted me telephonically the next day and we had a brilliant chat about the pigments, with him giving me many many tips. I placed my order on Wednesday last week, and did the EFT into his account. Unfortunately he had no more of the Sand & Earth sets in stock (which I had ordered). He then went beyond the call of duty to source a set for me from one of the shops in Gauteng which he supplies. The package was despatched on Thursday afternoon... and if it wasn't for not-so-Speed Services, I would have had it by the weekend - I collected it today, but not before receiving a follow up call from Matthew to see if I had received everything in order.
