Yup... try Katong Shopping Centre... Morgan Hobby (2nd floor). They got lots of vintage kits... you'll be surprised what you can find there...

Another would be Hobby Point @ Tiong Bahru Plaza. (5th Floor? Can't remember)... They got lots of aircraft kits...
