Found this link while surfing the web. It looks very good, but I havent had the time to read it yet, its about the history of miniature figures from the 1600's to the present.

Read part of it, and it is very intriguing, but revolves around figurines. I don't do figures very well, so it didn't help me much, but anyone who does figures should find it very enlightening and fascinating to boot. Thanks for posting, Anders.
