Howzit fellow Safricans,

Well.... it's been a long wait, but it's almost time.... no, I'm not talking about Christmas, but our very first African campaign - SiyaAfrika.

SiyaAfrika starts on 1 December (hopefully) , so if you haven't signed up already, please do so.... let's show these folks what we Saffers can do!

To everyone that has signed up already, dankie ouens!

Anyone given any thought to what they are entering?

I was thinking about these:

Guerra Zulú, 1879

Isandlwana, 1879

I recorded "Zulu" on e-TV on Monday night.... watched a bit last night to start getting inspired and motivated.... I think it's starting to work :-)

Nice models there Rudi and Steve.

I think I will get my 25 pounder out from under the cobwebs and finish my diorama...... and it is not WWII.

Howzit lads,

Actually I've had a rethink on what I'm entering... mostly due to the FM Beneitto company never replying to my email enquiries...

I'll now be entering a genre I haven't done before... an AFV... I'll be entering the Emhar 1/35 Whippet as used by the SAAC during the Rand Revolt of 1922

Cheers
Rudi

p.s. Robert, welcome to the Springbok Club... feel free to hang out and stop by for a cyber-pint anytime
