does any one know the size for a 1/35 scale flag.

That is totally dependant on the flag you are modelling. What flag was it, when was it made, what was it used for...etc.ect.

The flags that are sold on ebay and that I have bought are 5x3 feet

So this would equal a scale flag of 48x29mm

Well its for a 1/35 tank and mayby for a flag pole above a door or something.just that i dont wont to mess it up,so does any one know the size for a 1/35 flag.

Archer makes 1/35 flags. They also make all kinds of vehicle markings.

As noted, it depends. This is like asking, "How big is a dog in 1/35 scale?" Are you asking about a chihuahua or an Irish wolfhound?
Best thing to do is check your references. Try to get a size by comparing the flag in the reference to a known object. You'll have to go back to algebra I to get the formula to scale these out to the right size.
A/B=C/D, then cross multiply (AxD) =(BxD) for each measurement.
You can save a lot of time by finding the flag you want on-line, using your photo edito to get the correct fron and back and blending the two images and importing it into word then resizing it as you would any clip art.
