Need some help with Banners

Some how I lost my signature banner. I can't remember how to submit it. I thought it was done through "my profile" in my account. But I couldn't find that option. Any help would be helpful?

You are supposed to be able to go into "My Account" and update your information and password including links to signature banners. For some reason, all of the options are gone except changing your password. I tried to change some of my data earlier and couldn't because of this problem.

Something seems to be wrong with the "My Account" module...maybe someone could have it fixed...
