X time ago saw a post about how-to "refresh" milliput which was keeped for some time and have "crust" around. Don't really remember which forum it was.

Can any one help me locate that post as wasn't able to find it or know how-to "repair" milliput?

Eights seconds in the microwave usually does the trick for me, although be careful it is rather hot for the first few seconds after removing it.
