Boy can I relate. I checked out the topic on operating systems. I sell printers. I nearly always have to ask the customers what operating system they use. So many times I get the answer, Dell. I don't know why, but it's never Gateway, Compaq, etc, always Dell.

My favorite one though is similiar to one of those on the site. About the time they were switching to XP I had a customer call in asking about the "differenty types of Windows." I started to go into my spiel about the different types of windows when she stopped me. "What the heck are you talking about?" I asked what kind of Windows she had no. "They kind you open and put your head out of." :-) :-) :-)
