My daughter has Muscular Dystrophy, and my family is participating in a 5k walk-a-thon on October 15. I would appreciate any support you guys may be able to lend. You can go here and make a secure pledge through the MDA. Even if you guys can't support our walk, please remember those families who battle neuromuscular disease every day.

The Atlas Foundry Company check is going out to you today or tomorrow.

The actual walk is on Saturday October 15. The deadline to have all pledges in is November 11. The delay allows folks to make a pledge and then have a few weeks to get the funds to the walkers.

If you use the secure credit card option, this goes directly to the MDA, and we are to print out the total and take it with us to the walk to get credit for our team.

Again, thank you so much for those that have donated. Another thread asks how Armorama has changed your life..... Well the true kindness and concern of people around the world is what makes this site the best. I will post some pictures after the walk on Saturday.
