campaign ribbon upload problems

my campaogn ribbon for the Halls of Montezuma campaign is showing up as a x in a box on the campaign page. What might i do about the problem?

Did you format the image as a GIF type file and upload it as "84.gif" ??

You can re-do the photo upload process by clicking on the admin link below the award info.
