If you look at his previous sales the postage is normal price, so its either a misprint or he's trying it on  :-)  :-)

In most states in the US it is illegal to scalp tickets to events so there are plenty of auctions where you can buy a used pencil for $500 and get a pair of concert tickets for free!!!
