Used them a couple of times, they are very fast and also good at keeping you informed via email. They also do a customer loyalty scheme. Top notch overall

Used them loads of times - best I've found so far. Never had a problem, and every delivery has been no more than 4 days from order.

I can't rate modelsforsale.com highly enough they've proven themselves to me to be a fast, reliable company and I'll keep going back there!!

Antics however

If it's safe and accepted to post warnings about companies you're unhappy with I will explain about these

Personal opinion only - but I'd have thought that if you've spoken to the company, given them a chance to explain/tell their side of the story, and you still haven't been able to reach a satisfactory conclusion, then posting your experience here is fair game.

I am of course ready to be corrected on this by any of the staff!

Is it something rare or unusual you're waiting for?

Well in that case it sounds to me like they've made a cock-up. I'd be asking for a big discount at the least!

Modelsforsale.com are simply fab. No two ways about it. It's a toss-up between them and netmerchants, but the discount system offered to repeat customer means modelsforsale tends to get my business. OK, you need to spend more to get free P&P, and the deliveries have to be singed for (but I get everything sent to work). If you have to pay for your delivery it may take two days via royal mail (where as Netmerchants ALWAYS take a day from the Northen Ierland!), but if you spend enough to get free DHL, it's next day!

Emails are always good and writen to you as an individual and I really recommend you give them a try - just don't buy any of the kits I want

As for Antics, well..... WHY?

Antics stocks an ok range of kits. I tried them before I tried modelsforsale and of course, modelsforsale completely OWN them hands down. I agree with every point made about them. I rate them again and again. I'm already picking up discounts after just 2 orders !

Onto antics....It's been 10 weeks and 1 day today, and guess what...I'm still waiting for

2 x Tamiya figure sets
1 x needle applicator poly cement

naturally I no longer expect to receive anything. I'm just wondering if I should post up and share my experience properly and if so which forum to do it in.

I paid £26.00 in total, and have just 2 figure sets and a pack of brushes to show for it.
