As some of you know, I recently joined the policeforce in my town.
On the police-union pages I found this beautifull proposal for new patrol cars.
What do you think about them?

Looks good Paul, well at least from this angle. Less so in the rearview mirror.. :-) :-) .
Is this to replace the Porsche Targa's?

I guess the rear view will be by videocamera (or radar?)
On the other hand, who cares about rear view in a car like this anyway??? :-) :-) :-)

This was the other proposal (for when we do need a rearview?)



But again, it are proposals (and jokes), so I'm afraid we'll stick with Ford Focus and VW Golf...

No Paul, I mean in the rearview mirror of the car they are chasing... :-) :-) Like the old Targa's, if you spotted one of those in your mirror you knew the game was up, no way that you'll outrun them..

BTW, mijn vader ging vorig jaar met pensioen, na zo'n dertig jaar in the Nederlandse Politie. En hij begon zijn loopbaan als dienstplichtige Marchaussee. Succes met je nieuwe baan.
