Does anyone know of any decent model shops near Solihull, West Midlands? I've been at a loss since ED Models closed down.

There's a shop in Leamington, if that's close enough. It's on The Parade, called Trinders Toy World. Not entirely a model shop, but they have a good range of kits, paints, scenics etc.

You could try Parabellum in Vyse Street, Hockley.
Unfortunately they are only open Thursday Friday and Saturday at the moment.
They have a good stock of armour, aircraft, ships, accessories and paints.
Ian Allen in the City centre also stock a few kits and paints.
Apart from that Birmingham is a little short of model shops these days.

I'm nearly 9 weeks into a wait for a few Tamiya figures and some cement. I feel like going down there to kick ass!
If anyone is near walsall there is a nice little hobby store, very small and traditional but it stocks many different kits.
