The annual grouse hunt started in Norway this weekend, and for me it is a great possibility to air out the paint- and glue fumes. Since this year was a bad one concerning the amount of grouse, I changed my 12 gauge for my thrusty Nikon and took a couple of pictures to show of Norway during autumn.

This is were I do my hunting. A piece of privat property just for me.

Another picture of my private paradise

BONZO THE GREAT. A very good bird dog.

A tired dog and hunter after a long day in the mountains.

I hope you guys also get the time to do something else than modeling.
And to all you hunters: Have a nice hunting season.

Cheers
Erik

Nice looking countryside. Is that a Brittany Spaniel? The father-in-law has one and they are damn smart dogs.

When the job allows and it cools down, I need to get the bicycle out and pound out some miles.

Hi Paul
The dog is an English Setter. And no, it is NOT very smart. I read in a magazine that these dogs are among the most stupid dogs ever. But Bonzo is a nice fellow and do what he is supposed to do: Find grouse.

Bonzo did the full job, but when there are very little grouse we save them for next year... And after all, it is being out in the nature that really counts.
