Hello people, I,ve been told by good authority, that the West Aust..is holding their model show this weekend 10th & 11th Sept.. in Perth..

If there are any " A " members in WA please give us a run down on how it all went ,,, people would be most interested.. I for one will make the effort to get to it next year......Perhaps some kind person may even post a few photos......

G'day to all yes I went and I am on the commitee and all had a good weekend we had about 215 Model enteries while the enteries were down this year and the show has only been going a few years the standard was alot higher and the club turn out was great we had about 4000 people come through the doors the results are posted on the WAMEX web site which is http://www.wasmex.homestead.com/ and if you are ever over this way feel free to drop in at any of the clubs and say G'day My club is The Perth and Districs model club we meet on the 3rd Wensday of each month in the Vic Park Rec center I am also the club Vise President and I have made a club web page which is at http://members.iinet.net.au/~dannybayliss/ feel free to input some stuff you like and let us know how it is going

I did not enter this year because of the judging debacle last year, this year did not seem to have as many entries as the years before but I myself am endeavoring to have a kit ready for next years competition.

Do not be dissuaded from making the journey tho.
