What is the difference between the 3 types of panzerfaust ?

According to my references, they are diferent ranges.....30 metres, 60 meters or 100 metres. BTW, the same source says there was another type, known as 30(klein), which had a smaller warhead. This was the first model produced, but was superceded by the 30.
