Hey guys!
I am SITTING in a chair and typing on a computer!
Big whoop, huh? Well, to me that is the start of something very special to me as I have the exact same chair at my modeling bench. Due to recent unfortunate happenings with a back injury, I haven't been able to sit very long in these chairs to work on the computer or build models.
Absolutely exasperating!
It still is a bit uncomfortable, but, it will soon end the frustrating aspects of laying on my back or on the couch and pondering what I'd like to be doing instead. My new Chiropractor has had me doing some excruciating stretches that have really been doing the trick.
I started a new job yesterday too. Assistant Manager at a seasonal Halloween Superstore. The Manager is my buddy and hired me to be the POS (Point of Sale) supervisor which is just about as much physical work as I can handle at the moment. What a guy!
As for what I have been pondering upon while flat on my back, it would have to be the Armored railcar I plan on starting next week, work allowing.
Had to give the update and tell ya all I missed you all very much!

Back to the bench soon!

Good t hear from you again Murphy!

Take good care of yourself. I know it's boring but don't start things too fast or do things too long, otherwise, you''l be back on your back again

Looking forward to that railcar. Which one is it?

Thanks everybody!
I appreciate all the good back jokes! (and I'm a little disappointed in Grumpy's lack of envolvement in this common theme :-) )

The Railcar I will be building will be an M1 turreted modern American-made "hypothetical". I'm going to do some drawings first so I can give you all somewhat of an idea as to what it will look like, and for me to have something to go by in building.

Look for drawings soon,
Cuhail

OK Murph.....
Having have suffered from back problems resulting in surgery, I know what that never ending pain can be like. I suffered from it nearly a year before the surgery.

It's good to see you back..... but I'd rather look back at some Blondie with a wiggle...... a redhead and brunette would do fine also... hell, at my age even a bald babe in orthopedic shoes works......
:-) :-)
