Hi, about 5 days ago I ordered some kits and stuff from Tracks and Troops as well as from Smallscale.de
None of them have answered to my ordering e-mails yet.
I´m not afraid of losing my money (I haven´t payed yet since they both say they´ll send the bank-information via e-mail) but I really want those kits

Does anyone know how long those shops usually take to answer?
And will they also need a long to send me the stuff after I payed?
Thank you for your answers!

Slightly concerned greetings,

ekke

unless they had an order form on line, I generally expect an answer within a day or two. If you used an order form, they might still be checking for availability of what you ordered. A follow up email sure wouldn't hurt, as a lot of times they never see the first one

Hi Ekke,

I had bought sometime a lot of kits and paint in Germany on webshops or Ebay.de, there is no problem for me.

But curiously, most german sellers prefer to the payment method by bank transfert and few of them accepts the payment by Credit Card. I get know that the bank transfert operation is free in Germany but to trade with overseas customers, this payment method costs a lot of money for commission fees

By the bank transfert method, you have to wait for the seller's bank-information in several day, I usually wait for a week or 10 days to valid my order, so be patience.

Phillip mentioned in ML's Braille scale forum that he [Tracks-n-Troops] was going out of business due to an impending divorce or other domestic difficulties.

Oh yeah I also saw the note on the T&T website today but luckily it sounds as if the business will be continued.
