Hi Johan
Try an Internet ink or printer web shop. I bought paper from Blekkskriveren.no in Norway. Have not tried it yet though...

Ha en fin helg

Testor's has inkjet decal paper. Most well-stocked hobby shops carry it. There is also an online art supply that has all sorts of decal papers. They carry inkjet, laser jet, and drytransfer papers. The name is Papilio. They are really reasonably priced as well. Here is their website: Papilio

For "home made" decalsheet, there are 2 categories for water-slide decal papers:
- Inkjet decal paper for inkjet printers,
- laser decal paper for laser printers.
In each category there are white paper and clear paper.

There is an interested article written by David W. Aungst on Armorama:
Making Custom Decals

Hope that helps.
