Gidday lads.

Can anyone help me with where to buy photoetch for modern armour in oz . I found the sandle hobbies website who have an extensive range of photoetch products available but do they still trade.

I have rung several times and only got aswering machines and sent emails only to have them returned to me.

I have given up on them and am currently on another search.

Any help with this will be appreciated.

Cheers

NKR Models is dropping its range of photo-etched products and you can get 50% off (with conditions) until sold out.

NKR Models is at http://www.nkrmodels.com.au/ and is highly recommended in terms of service and pricing.

As far as I know Sandle Hobbies is still trading. Perhaps Shane and Lorna are on holiday.

you are probably better off getting it from overseas. If you order in advance Firestorm models in NSW will get it for you but regardless of where you shop in Oz prices will be on the high side. I find it easier and better in most cases to order my goods from overseas and cheaper in the long run even with exchange rates and airpost rates.

cheers

Yeah,
I go OS as well now. I did use NKR but I think you would be better off using someone else.

Hi dan.
Thier is alot of P/E out their for modern afv as that is what i like to do myself. Like richie said places like SouthEast Hobbies http://www.southeasthobbies.com.au buy direct from those sorts of companies so they can get it at a good price. If you tell them what you want he they will look it up and let you know what is around. I dont believe what Mr Roo said in saying that Australian business charge to much is true.
Give them a shot , what do you have to lose
