It's hard not to become blase about 'yet another' disaster being shown on primetime tv, with the various news channels elbowing eachother to get closest to 'the action'. Tsunamis, eathquakes, air and train disaters, bombs... they all seem to be just notches on reporters c.v.'s, some finding it hard to disguise the obvious joy of being 'on the scene and on the screen'.
I don't watch the news much these days, I don't need microphones pushed into a survivors face with the cretin behind it asking the poor soul ' what it was like in there..'

My condolences go out to those affected by this disaster.
