For the past 2 hours I have been looking high and low on the different websites looking for a PE set of the engine deck screens for the Dragon Panther D in 1/72nd scale. Does anyone know how makes this set in 1/72nd scale?

I didn't know that Dragon made an Ausf D in 1/72 scale. Eduard carries Panther A/D/G PE for the Revell, Hasegawa, Esci and Dragon Panthers:

ExtraTech and Part also make PE for 1/72 scale Panthers: http://www.rollmodels.com/

Another manufacturer to try is Scale Model Accessories. They make a set of engine grlls for the D (item ssp121) and for the G (item ssp122). I've got both sets as well as the set they do for the Tiger and they are very nicely detailed.
Heres a link to the site http://www.scalemodelaccessories.co.uk/page1.htm.
With the company being located in the UK the cost might become Prohibitive and I'm not sure if there is an outlet in the US.
Hope this helps...
