Anyone have the adress of anyone who sells Number 11 Blades for a numvber 1 handle? The price of the Swann-Morton and X-Acto ones is frankly a ripoff. I need someone that sells unbranded ones in large quantities...thanks, Jim

Hi Jim,

Can I ask what you pay for the Swann&Morton?
I think they're quite well-priced here in Holland...
I don't recall the exact price, but they were a lot cheaper then the Exacto ones.
I find out the price, and I can allways send some over if the price is right for you!!

I changed from X-acto to Excel years ago. I find that they keep the tip on longer, and are just as sharp, and keep their edge just as well or better than X-acto.
I normally pick up the bulk packs at Pearl Paints, last time I picked them up it was about $18.00 for the 100 blade packs, while the X-acto's were going for $25.00. I usually stock up on them, since I keep at least one bulk pack at work, and one at home, and at least one on stand-by, since I don't make it to Pearl on a regular basis, (read that as: I usually over spend, stocking up on supplies, and strange tidbits at the art suppliers.)

Hi Jim,

I buy N°11 Hobbico blades at HobbyLinc in bulk (100 blades) for US $12,19.

http://www.hobbylinc.com/prods/rah_buk.htm

There are also other N°11 blades sold on this site.
