Hi guys

I was just over at Luckymodels.com's web site, and the prices look great ! I was wondering if anyone here has ordered from them, and if so can you tell me how it went. Stuff like how long did it take, was the order complete ? If the service is as good as the prices I may have to give them a try.
Thanks
Harry

I have ordered from them once, and will probably do so again. I will admit that there was a problem in the order that delayed it, but the owner contacted me personally and upgraded the shipping for free to air. The package arrived properly packaged, and complete, and was exactly as it was supposed to be.

I'm going to order from them. The shipping is negative 14 cents!

Harry, you can have complete confidence in ordering from them. I deal with them all the time, and their customer services are second to none and post regularly on these forums.

What is luckymodels website??? I copied it exactly as posted by Harry, pasted it, clicked go, and was sent to "another" type of website I do not care for or wish to get into.

Yes that happened to me once, it is www.luckymodel.com do not put an 's' on the end!

You can fully trust luckymodel, I have orderend from them many times, just when you order a lot, shipping can become alot. Other than that they are great!

BTW: It is cheaper to get the Dragon Tiger Late 3 in1 kit from GM.

I have ordered from them and they have been easy to work with and inexpensive - I would recommend them.

I have noticed a problem with some of the links - I'd hang tight and try again later today.

I am a regular customer and frankly, their serice is difficult to beat - prompt service, the kits come properly packed and a 'low - value' invoice to confuse our friends in Customs... Don't doubt - buy!...Jim

Hi all

Thanks for all the fast replys. In these days of ID theft and so many other problems from buying off the net it's good to be able to get feedback about a company before buying from them. I will be placeing a order later tonight. Spades, I got the site off the left side banner on this page. Thanks again guys you help me make up my money.

I've used them once. Everything seemed to be ok, items, any questions I had were answered almost immediatly. Then I received the order. First the box was far to big for the items in there, everything was loose in the box. Luckily nothing was damaged to much. Second when I checked the shipping bill the actual shipping was was 26 dollars lower than what I paid. I sent them several mails asking how this happend, but no responses.
So I wont be using them again.

Dear mossieramm,

Sorry that we may miss out your email during last months' mail server crash.

For the value stated on the shipping document, it only declare the part of the goods value. We never put the shipping value on it. So, if the parcel send via surface, what you see is just the partial declare value to bypass the custom.

If it is send by airmail, the mail cost stated only cover the charges from Germany to your country, not the full haul charges.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact me at [email protected]

Best Regards
Raymond
