Hi, Was at one of the local book stores Sunday and happened to find "Tigers In Combat," Vols. one and two., by Wolfgang Schneider. Each of them are about 400 pages long with many very excellent and well detailed photos of the vehicles and the conditions they operated under. With a section of color prints in the back depicting the various tanks and their various shades and styles of camo used.

Lots of good close up pictures of damages to vehicles too, all the way from very slight to totalled. And lot of photos of the crews, maintenance personel, etc. giving good detailed close ups of the uniforms and how they were worn in the field.

Also included are write-ups about the history of each unit and how their strength changed from one time period to another during the conflict.

Not cheap, at around $30 a piece, but well worth the investment what with all the new Tiger kits that have come on the market here in the last couple of months, and which looks like will continue to come out the market in the not to distant future.

Take care, Sgirty
