Guys, here's my next project in progress. So far, I've just completed painting the figures..The nest itself has not been touched yet. Planning to add canvas, camo netting and loads & loads of spent cartridges in the nest. Hmm, what else can I add?

Fine work so far... the paintings of the figure looks good. But how come the soldier lying on the ground... his hand looks so pale?? hahaha.. it must be damn cold up on the nest :-)

It's not completed yet... but i suggest you push the gun closer to the sandbags... and remember to weather the bags... they look very orange..

I have another idea for that base. Instead of puting the MG crew... a soldier can be firing a RPG from there. It might look good too... just that the bricks look a little out for scale 1/35.. but just cover them up.. it'll look perfect.

Can't wait to see the completed project... do keep us posted Psyfool... looks great so far.

Pale hand? Probably it's cold up there. Actually I missed that hand..thanx for pointing it out!..I'll be repainting the whole base, the sand bag will be given khaki paint, and I'll paint the concrete blocks grey (I'll assume that those are not bricks so the scale shd be fine). I'll be hanging some canvas on the sides of the bunker...RPG dio? That'll be neat. Why don't u try it Ike? I don't have any RPG kits

Yea.. I think the base is for Warhammer... Mr Psyfool got it from Tai Sing..

Hmm... I'll go scout for a RPG set and then maybe do something like that... When I have the time... i'll do it.

There's still a bit more to do with this dio, but I think I can complete it in a few days time. Need some inspiration...I know, I'll watch my Saving Pte Ryan dvd, the scene with that MG gunner nest guarding the radio antenna. Shd be able to get some inspirations there...
