Hey, has anyone successfully been able to get missing parts from Royal Models replaced? I recently purchased a couple of Royal Models products from Mission Models. There were the Antique chadalier and then the American Equipment #202, I found to my disliking, and frustration that both kits were missing pieces. The chadalier was missing the little base attatchement for the ceiling. OK no sweat, I could deal with that... The WWII American Equipment is what I was most disappointed with it was missing the two parts I wanted most, the Medical bags! I find that as a great disappointment. Here is what I'm so irrrrrrrrrked about... One, I contacted Mission Models only to get the response "All sales final, no exchange, contact Royal Models" STRIKE ONE! I contacted Royal Models and have had no responsewhat so ever. STRIKE TWO! I think there is no need to bad mouth either parties...

All I want is just the two small small resin parts my kit was to suppose to come with... Any suggestions????? I would be happy to pay a resonable amount or trade some parts if anyone has an extra?????????????

Did you bought your kit on Mission Models clearance site, or on their regular shop site? If it was on their clearance site then I can understand such response, but if you bougth these sets from their regular online store, then this is example of very bad service!

It was there clearence, but still every other site or motar and brick has given me better service than that....

I don't really wish to debate the service issue, Other than MM's respone I was satisfied with their service. I just would like to get a hold of the parts I need....
