What is the best way to add brass rods and sheets as replacement parts onto your kit? And what kind of glue works best for brass to plastic and brass to brass.

5 minute epoxy will provide the strongest brass to plastic bond, but super glue is quick, yet it has no shear strength. For brass to brass I would suggest learning to solder for the strongest join.
