Hi Max,
I dont have the Dragon T-34 but their JS tanks recommend Gunze H309 dark green. I tend to feel that the generic "dark/ olive/ Russian green" is way too dark when on a 1/35 model. Maquette T-34 kits give a shade equivilent to FS 14151, while Ospray Modelling Manual 16 on the T-34 series gives a variety of options, an FS 34102 which matches Humbrol 117 US light green(

 ), Testors/ Modelmaster 1713, Floquil M199, Gunze H330(again..

..) or possibly your best bet, a mix of Tamiya acrylics XF 61 Dark Green, XF 58 Olive Green, XF 49 Khaki in 60/20/10 % respectively with shades of dark yellow, earth andred-brown..add according to taste! So...You have a fair amount of latitude I guess :-)
Remember that a base Red Oxide primer would be used too. Regards the white stripe, Im guessing this is on the turret roof and not the horizontal bands painted around the turrets later in the war ie. the battle of Berlin?? These are for air identification , sometimes a plain white stripe or triangle, sometimes with coloured markings, commonly a yellow roundel..I dont know if this might help..
