removing over spray from clear parts

Does any one have a techniqe for removing over spray from clear part. I not sure what it was painted with so I need a tip for both water based paint and enamel.

Castrol SUPER clean. won't harm clear parts, just soak it from an hour to overnight. works everytime and is none toxic

If you can't find that, try tarter control toothpaste, followed by Novus plastic polish. Novus is available in most plastics dealerships, and the occasional motorcycle shop.

You can get it at Wal-mart or almost any uto supply store . Bravo's right too ! and you can get novus at the same sources .
