hi i am looking for the easiest way to make easy but effective looking rubble any help would be appreciated. thx

another way is to pour a bit of plaster into a bit of kitchen foil that has been folded into a pan. Once hard you break it up into rubble.
Use white glue to fix to the base, then paint.

Amongst the busted up plaster previously mentioned I also use kitty litter. (preferably new not used)

yeah these are great ideas. for my little vignette that ive been working on i cut my bricks from styrofome and used very small peices of cedar in amongst the bricks. ill try some of these ideas and choose between the best affects. thx

try a piece of something broken from the period of the vignette- a broken clock or dicarded pram or doll -helps personalise the piece and tells more of the story

yeah my vignette is in somewere in northern france during the ardennes offensive. it quite small but thats what makes it the vignette. yeah i guess something of that matter would help personolize it a bit. i just need ot look now. thx
