Looking for colored acrylic rod .125 if anyone could recommend where to buy it at a reasonable price I would be greatful.

I think you are going to have a hard time finding 1/8th colored acrylic rod. The site below has it down to a quarter inch. I think you might have more luck buying clear (or stretching clear sprue) and painting it with some of the Tamiya "clear" colors.

Reasonably priced? I don't know

Acrylic? I don't know

BUT - You could go to the grocery or a liquor store and just buy "swizzle sticks" I've seen them in clear colors.

Paul-If you are in U.S.,then do contact TAP Plastics as Shaun says.I know it is made in 1/8 dia.(6' long)clear and color-even flourescent.May have been ommited from catalog by printing error.If they don't carry it,try Commercial Plastics,Laird Plastics,or even Port Plastics.All major industrial distributers of plastics.
You can also tint the clear acrylic your self by making a dye that uses RIT dye color,Denatured alcohol,and acetone.
