i would like to do some parts for my dioramas and kits, but i don´t know if there is some good tecnic to do pieces with good quality. it can be in all materials.
please if you know how to do your on parts and scenarios please help me

Osprey have a Masterclass book called terrain modelling.

I think this is an excellent book and will give you a lot of ideas on how to create scenes from many countries and many weather conditions.
Your question is unspecific and would take forever to answer properly.
If you are planning a specific scene, maybe you could describe it and get the help you need.

like tracks, sand box, barriers, smal objects, etc,etc
