i've posted something like this in the diorama section...im really interested to make ww2 buildings coz im trying to make a dio out of it but problem is i donno what building to make and how to make..
i was hoping some of u guys wud share it wif me...nothing complicated, doesnt hav to b two storeys...
a single storey also can as long as i can make it the first time...thanx...

U can do something like the building in my Russian dio...Depend what type..Concrete buildings or wooden buildings...? U can make any type of buildings using the styrafoam cardboard thingy, just need patience & creativity..Do some research by looking at photos in WW2 books to get inspiration and get an idea what the buildings of that era look like...

I'm not sure of online sites...I use my many WW2 reference books i collected thru the yrs to base my dios on.. ...Maybe just try searching...

Yup.. just go online and search.. Another way is to look at Dios of other people's

...Anything and everything...It's all up to ur imagination..Of course the best is to get those ruined bldg sets from Verlinden, if you got the 'moola'...They're fantastic..If scratchbuild, i use that cardboard thingy..Make holes for the windows and use those hard clear plastic pakaging for windows...Make use of matchsticks, ice cream sticks, chop sticks for the roof struts and frames...Use thin wires to depict exposed reinforcement sticking out from the walls and floors...Use the power of imagination!!

when u say cardboard thingy..what material is it and where can i find it? im tinkin of doin a new dio soon...

It's quite thick and comes in large pieces, but I don't tink it's that expensive...If not mistaken it comes in different colors...
