Hi guys, I have an airbrush, but I am looking to get a better one, new or used. I was told that the Paasche H was a good brush. I am only 14 so my parents have limited my maximum amount to around $50.00CAD; this sucks because a good airbrush is a necessity to get good looking models. If you could help, give me an e-mail.
Thanks, Anthony.

Check out Air Brush City. You can get a very good air brush at a very fair price. http://airbrushcity.com/

Not quite young man.. . Some people get great results with just brushes, one example from the top of my head is Dave Cox, who only uses brushes. Some things are easier to achive with a brush, that's true, but not a necessity..
You say you already have one, and want to upgrade.
What is your current brush? Single or dual action?top or bottom loader? You might want to look on Ebay, some people are selling brand new Airbrushes , but I would shy away from people selling a single second hand airbrush.
I got my Revell Student brush, in the complete 'starter pack' with paints, book, mask foil etc., for about £ 20. So deals are to be had.
Cheers

Anthony,
I have a Paasche VL that I'll more than likely not ever need again after my switch to Iwata, so I'll gladly help out a younger modeler. I just purchased a new fine head assembly for it and haven't used it since. You can have it for whatever 50CAD works out for in US money. I'm just happy to see someone get some good use from it.
It's a terrific airbrush and should do about anything you ask of it.
It will not come with a hose or air source.
If you're interested, email me offline at [email protected]
Later,
Mike Kirchoff

I have 2 Azteks and they do a fine job.. A "better" airbrush doesn't mean better results.. Better results come from practice...
