The Richmond, Virginia chapter of IPMS/USA will hold their "Old Dominion Open" on Saturday, February 8th 2003.
The venue is Richmond International Raceway in the "Colonial Building" This is the same location as previous years, just a different name.
Registration is from 9:00AM to 1:00PM.
This year's theme is "Hollywood in Scale". Any television/movie character, creature, vehicle, ship, plane, etc.......
There are 50 categories scheduled, subject to "splits", with OOB awards in many categories.

Yeah and I will likely be packed up and moved to California by then. A shame too as I would have liked to have met ya Penny. Perhaps you will go to either Oklahoma City or Phoenix (IPMS Nats) and we can meet then.

Hard to believe the site will have been running a year in several months. Time flies!
