I would like to take a minute to tell everyone about a the very good experience I had recently with a Internet hobby shop, Hometown Hobbies.com, A week ago this past Friday I called them at around 9am my time. I didn't stop to think about any time difference. It was 8 am thier time. This was a hour before they opened for phone orders. The gentleman who answered the phone could had told be to call back, but didn't. He took my order.
Part of this order was Dragon's Firefly. Enstead of just taking the order and seeing if the kit was in stock later, The person I spoke to knew his stock well enough to tell me that the kit may be sold out, and was discontinued. He also advised me that this was the first of Dragon's fireflys, not the more correct second version. All in all the the order process was very simple and straight forward. My order arrived in a week, and was complete. I have nothing but good things to say about Hometown Hobbies.com, and I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again.
I know this kind of public service was not the above and beyond that some folkes would say was worth a "good job" note, but if you are like me, and had orders come in incomplete after waiting forever to get them. A experience like this is worth a note.

I would Also like to jump on this band wagon. About a month ago i placed an order for 2 barrels and a sets of Fruil's. This was on a friday morning and I recieved the items the next wens. I have heard good things about them in the past and now i am a believer. I recommend them to anyone.
